For more than thirty-three years Mrs Okoye was a member of the Staff and she trained many generations of girls in habits of clear thinking,
accuracy and neatness.
Her standards were high and admitted of no compromise. For many years she was Form Mistress of Upper V and second Mistress and the claims of the
School were her chief concern.
An Inspector once described her as one of "the pillars of the house". She gave much time and thought to the St Luke's Society, the
Ibolo School Union and C.M.S Mission.
Another Old Girl writes, "I shall never forget her as our Form Mistress in the Upper Fifth and I shall never forget the debt we all
owe her".
Patient Chigozie - died 6th September , 2018, after a long illness patiently borne.
We offer much sympathy to Mrs. Odiaka (Evelyn Odiaka) on the death, at the early age of 50, of her husband, Patrick Odiaka,
Building Material Director, Lagos.
After twenty years of the greatest happiness she is left to work and plan for three children, Daniel,
Nicholas and Christina.
What a mighty God we serve. With tears of joy, I in particular thank God for what he is doing in Oraifite Community Town (THE CITY OF BLESSING).
